Love can never be sold or bought, that is something everyone says and everyone acknowledges.
However, the world has always agonized and be conflicted over love versus money.
In today's world, people offer love as a service and in a place where the cost of such service is demanded, there are also people who hesitate over it. Our commercialized society that puts a price over love or such highly cherished thing as memory....
Our reality which is becoming a merchandize... Under such society, how will love be possible...?
-Synopsis-
After discharge from the military ... and during an introduction meeting of friends, Dong-Ah falls at first sight for Yeon-Woo who works part-time at a restaurant. He tries to create good feelings by working together with Yeon-Woo, however due to other faults, time after time he misses the opportunity to talk to her during work hour.
Finally he even gets the news that she has quit working there. Upon missing his chance at fate, Dong-Ah agonizes over ways to start over with Yeon-Woo, and that is when he becomes shocked as he discovers Yeon-Woo's photo posted at the role-play service website his friend Tae-Ho goes to. However, Tae-Ho who is smitten by Hee-Joo who carries out a role play service, advises Dong-Ah to abandon any preconception about role-play service.
At last, Dong-Ah who is hopeful that this could be yet another destined chance solicites a service from Yeon-Woo. Thus, Dong-Ah gets to meet Yeon-Woo... and Yeon-Woo is startled to learn someone she knows has requested her service and tries to reject it, but at last she approves spending a day with him. These two people enjoy their brief happiness on their date. However they lose each other during the date but when they find each other Yeon-Woo leaves when she sees 'first client' as the name that appears on the cellphone.
Dong-Ah is frantic as he worries whether he will lose her for sure after this time. Then Dong-Ah gets another chance when he starts to text message Yeon-Woo through help from Tae-Ho, and Yeon-Woo agrees to meet, and Dong-Ah waits for his date with her as he hopes to show her all his heart.

유건-조윤희, '드라마시티'서 연기 호흡
2008-02-14 10:32:39 [마이데일리 = 안효은 기자] KBS 2TV 드라마 '안녕하세요 하느님'으로 연기력을 인정받은 가수 출신 연기자 유건과 신세대 배우 조윤희가 드라마에서 호흡을 맞춘다.
16일 방송되는 KBS 2TV '드라마시티'의 '사랑팔아 닷.컴'(연출 김정민, 극본 문은정)은 애인대행 아르바이트를 하는 여대생 연우와 그녀를 사랑하게 된 대학생 동우의 이야기를 통해 황금만능주의가 만연한 현 세태를 꼬집는 멜로물이다.
유건은 애인대행 아르바이트를 하는 연우에게 첫눈에 반해 적극적으로 그녀에게 대시하는 복학생 동아 역을 맡았으며 조윤희는 어려운 집안환경 때문에 등록금을 마련하고자 애인대행 아르바이트를 하는 여대생 연우 역으로 분해 풋풋한 멜로 연기를 펼치게 된다.
한편 KBS 2TV 일일시트콤 '못말리는 결혼'에서 물오른 코믹연기를 펼치고 있는 이정이 동우의 죽마고우 태호 역으루 출연한다. 가수 출신으로 시트콤에만 출연했던 이정에게는 드라마 첫 신고식이다.
또한 연우의 룸메이트 희주 역은 '제2의 이영애'로 불리며 화제가 되고 있는 신인 오연서가 출연한다. 오연서는 현재 KBS 1TV '대왕 세종'에서 어리 역으로 출연중이기도 하다.
이외에도 개그맨 박휘순이 실연남으로 깜짝 등장해 극의 재미를 더하게 된다.
